1. Upon investigation into mistakes in the term-end examination, many of the wrong answers have been found to be not reasonable, that is, out of context. 2. This kind of mistakes can be because the subject students have not been trained to answer questions through the process of thinking and then understanding the meaning of words, contents or implications of questions. 3. The students who made more mistakes of this kind show an apparent tendency to have got rather lower marks than the students who made less of such mistakes in the test. 4. To improve their low-achieving study and further to make a college education more fruitful, these students seem to imply that not only a fully worked-out plan to change ways or contents of teaching better but also an education to teach how to study is required for them.
