We carried out a survey about the factors that exert an influence to subjective feeling of fatigue during bedside training. Our survey was made on 37 students who entered college in 1995. The survey asked about 4 fields by using questionnaire, (1) subjective symptoms of fatigue, (2) actual living conditions, (3) life consciousness, (4) clinical nursing practice situation. We obtained many replies by earring out 4 times of surveys during clinical nursing practice. (1) 1st survay was made at the time before the bedside training. This is called "Before the First Half of the Practice". (2) 2nd survey was made at the time during the practice before summer vacation. This is called "During the First Half of the Practice". (3) 3rd survey was made at the time before the practice started after summer vacation. This is called "Before the Second Half of the Practice". (4) 4th survey was made at the time during the summer vacation. This is called "During the Second Half of the Practice". The result of research showed us the condition and the factors of students' subjective feeling of fatigue as follows. …1. The Subjective Feeling of Fatigue: 1) There are more complains of fatigue than before practice. 2) There are more complains "During the First Half of the Practice" than "During the Second Half of the Practice". 3) There are many complains of mental fatigue than physical fatigue during bedside training. 2. The factors exert an influence to the subjective feeling of fatigue. 1) Decrease in sleep and free time. 2) Weakening Health-consciousness and life satisfaction. 3) Satisfaction is difficult to be obtained with human relations. 4) Strong feeling of being uneasy and tense.
