Superconducting gap structures of niobium modified by oxygen are observed by the enhancement of radio frequency noise in a Josephson point contact. Subgap structures of orders 4/5, 2/3, 3/5 and 1/2 are also observed. The values of gap voltage of the junction range from 2.49 mV to 1.85 mV due to modifications by interstitial oxygen in niobium. Josephson pair current may be responsible for the appearance of peaks of RF noise intensities.
