Josephson Junctions with Extremely Large I_cR_n Products and Their High Frequency Response

Josephson junctions with extremely large values of the products of their critical currents and normal resistances exceeding the theoretical maximum values for tunnel junctions are constructed. The high-frequency properties of these junctions are investigated using a 114 GHzmicrowave. The resistively-shunted junction model is used to account for the microwave response of these junctions.
