Nb-Cu-Nb Bridges Fabricated by Direction of Sputtering Deposition and Anodic Oxidization

We fabricated Nb-Cu-Nb bridges by direction of sputtering deposition and anodic oxidization, and conducted experiments on effects of microwave radiation and temperature dependences of critical current on these bridges. Using our simple fabrication procedure, we were able to obtain Josephson junctions with short length easily.
