Magnetic Field Dependence of Critical Currents in SNS Bridges Fabricated by Direction of Sputtering Deposition and Anodie Oxidization

We have measured the critical currents I_c in a magnetic field H applied perpendicularly on the surface of Nb-Cu-Nb bridges fabricated by a simple procedure using both directions of sputtering deposition and anodic oxdization. The I_c vs H could be explained with or without the critical current distribution; also, a demagnetizing field was taken into account when the Josephson penetration depths were longer than the bridge widths.
