The DC bias field dependence of the dielectric response of relaxor ferroelectric Pb(Mg_<1/3>Nb_<2/3>)O_3-Pb(Zn_<1/3>Nb_<2/3>)O_3-PbTiO_3 ceramics has been investigated. The bias characteristics of the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric permittivity show a temperature-dependent anomalous peak at a small bias level. The dielectric constant ε^*(ω, T)=ε^'(ω, T)+iε^"(ω, T) of relaxor ferroelectrics is calculated by considering the dynamics of the freezing process using the Monte Carlo method. The simulation agrees very well with the experimental results. A model has been suggested to explain the dependence of dielectric response on the electric field.
