Single crystals of phosphoric-acid-doped triglycine sulfate (TGSP) were grown from aqueous solutions with various concentrations of H_3PO_4 in the ferroelectric phase. The development of crystal faces is gradually modified as the concentration of H_3PO_4 in the solution becomes higher. In particular, the {010} faces become more conspicuous with greater doping, A high number of H_3PO_4 molecules are incorporated into the {010} growth sectors. The general crystal form shows the nonpolar 2/m symmetry similar to that of pure TGS, due to its multidomain structure.
