The slow tumbling motion of nitroxide spin probe/labelled poly-(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was investigated by the saturation transfer ESR (ST-ESR) and saturation parameter methods. The rotational correlation time 10^<-6> to 10^<-5>s of the motion was observed in the temperature range from -80℃ to -20℃ and was found to be due to the side chain of PMMA.
