概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
It is found by the use of a scanning electron microscope that the primary particles in a TiO_2 compact are arranged quickly and clumps of them were formed on heating. This phenomenon at the initial stage corresponds with abrupt shrinkage of the compact and affects all the sintering process.
