Intracranial Extracerebral Neuroblastoma Originating from the Convexity Dura Mater : Case Report

硬膜より発生したと考えられた稀な頭蓋内neuroblastomaの1例を報告する。症例は19歳女性で、腫瘍は右前頭葉円蓋部の硬膜と強く付着し、中硬膜動脈を栄養血管としていたが、脳表ならびにクモ膜との連続性はみられなかった。病理組織学的には、小型の類円形が密に増殖し多くのHomer-Wright rosetteをともなう腫瘍で、免疫組織学的検討ならびに電子顕徴鏡学的所見でneuroblastomaと確認された。頭蓋内、脳実質外、特に硬膜より発生するneuroblastomaは極めて稀である。本腫瘍の発生母地として髄膜内のheterotopic neuroglial nest cellが考えられた。
