Clinical Usefulness of ^<11>C-MET PET and ^<201>TI SPECT for Differentiation of Recurrent Glioma from Radiation Necrosis

再発神経膠腫と放射線壊死の鑑別において^<201>TI-SPECTと^<11>C-MET PETの臨床的な有用性を検討した。対象は再発がMRI上疑われる、のべ12例の神経膠腫とし^<201>TI-SPECTと^<11>C-MET PETをほぼ同時期に行った。最終的に臨床診断は再発神経膠腫は5例、放射線壊死は7例であった。5例の再発神経膠腫は^<201>TI-SPECTと^<11>C-MET PETどちらでも高集積をみとめたが、7例のうち4例の放射線壊死でも^<201>TI-SPECT上高集積を認めた。^<11>C-MET PETでは1例の放射線壊死においてのみ高集積を認めた。^<11>C-MET PETは^<201>TI-SPECTに比較し再発神経膠腫と放射線壊死の識別、および腫瘍の進展範囲を限定するのにすぐれていた。
