The phase transition of cation substittrted CtrBrTe, Cu..Ag) .BrTe system, was investigatedby a specific heat rneastrrement in the teraaperattrre range between 100 K and 523 K. Cu atounsare substituted by Ag atorns in the range of 0.85< x< l. The new phase f3' was observedin the range of 0.85< x< 0.9825. The obtained phase diagrarn of Cu.Ag) ..BrTe systernxvas confirmed by X-ray diffraction ttaeasureuaaents. The characteristics of the X-ray diffractionpatterns at the phase transitions of' Cu.Ag) .BrTe systeraa were naentioned.
