Dielectric dispersion data obtained for both glycerol-water mixtures and propyleneglycol-water mixtures are examined as to whether or not these data can be placed onthe scaling curve pointed out by P. K. Dixon, Li. Wu, S. R. Nagel, B. W. Williamsand J. P. Carini: Phys. Rev. Left. 65 (1990) 1108. Instead of w ' log.g (v.e"/Jev),w ' log.. (v.e" / e: v) is plotted against w '(1 -l- w ') log.., (v / v,) in the present scaling. In a few cases, the dielectric dispersion data do not fit the scaling curve. It is ascertain-ed, however, that all the data obtained in the present experiment can be placed on thescaling curve if the dielectric dispersions can be well represented by the Williams andWatts description, except for the high-frequency tails.[die1ectric dispersion, glycerol-water mixtures, propylene glycol-water mixtures, lj scaling in supercooled liquidsll
