The data of dielectric dispersion for trimethyleneglycol-water mixtures are examined precisely above a certain temperature, T_a, where they deviate from the universal scaling curve. The tendency of deviation is compared with those obtained from various relaxation processes. It is clarified from the analysis that any system of super-cooled trimethyleneglycol-water mixture is of polydispersive nature at considerably higher temperatures than T_a, but it increases the high frequency component of dielectric dispersion and loses the polydispersive nature with approaching T_a. It is also ascertained that the deviation from the universal scaling curve at higher frequencies than v_p changes from downward one to upward one near T_a and then the data of ε" (v) fall on accurately the universal scaling curve at and below T_a.
