We analyze the condensation of interacting bosons confined in a finite voltrrne V, by evaluatingthe time evolution of the density operator 75(Z) in the case where the nuunber of bosons is exactlyfixed for t< 0 and a SI112'Lll leakage occurs for t >0. We identify a "nattmral coordinate" bg ofinteracting bosons, using w'hich taaany physic?t1 properties can be sirt?ply described. In partictrlar,the tinae evolution of' 715(#) can Toe siuaaply described as tlae evoltrtion froutt the ntrrnber state, to aphase-randotaaized taaixttrre (PRIIVI) of "ntrt??1cer-phase sqtteezed st?rtes", and finally to the PRIVIof coherent states, of' bg. The order paratraaeter, defined as the expectation valtre of the bosonfield. of' each eletaaent of' the PR1lvI groxvs r?xpidly f'rotaa zero to the ftrll valtre,
