One-dimensional complex Ginzburg-Landau equation is examined numerically.Three types of turbulent states are observed as dissipative effects decrease. The firststate is a weak chaos driven by modulational instability. The second one is a turbulentstate characterized by the occurrence of relatively small bursts. The last one is astrongly intermittent turbulence dominated by bursts which blow up, getting close toa singular solution of the 10 nonlinear Schr6dinger equation, till dissipation starts towork.[the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation, singularity, transition, probability lj distribution function,weak turbulence,strong turbulence,soft turbulence,hard ll turbulencel
