By using the variational adiabatic method, the energy values and the equilibrium in-ternuclear separations of the H.' ion in m. state in strong magnetic fields arecalculated and compared with those obtained from the adiabatic method and theMonte Carlo method and our conclusion through the Monte Carlo Method are con-firmed, that is, the antibonding state n. in the absence of external magnetic fieldchanges to a bonding state with an increasing magnetic field.
