The dynamical coherent potential approximation (DCPA) for one-particle proper-ties of excitons coupled to Einstein phonons is extended to two-particle Green func-tions by taking the two-particle vertex part into account in a way consistent with theone-particle DCPA. This formalism provides a numerically tractable approximationscheme for optical resonance scattering spectra, including time-resolved emissionspectra, in the entire ranges of the exciton-phonon coupling strength and the excitontransfer energy.
