The Taylor Theory is applied to an ideal magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) plasmawith the fluid motion. The Woltjer's two invariants are used. The field quantities arederived and the energy of the system is analysed. It will be found that the sum of thematerial pressure and the kinetic pressure becomes homogeneously distributed. Someconsideration on the /?-value is described.
