An infinite number of linear differential equations whose solutions satisfy multi-dimensional Toda lattice (MDTL) equation are found. The coefficients of any ofthese linear equations are given by a solution of MDTL equ;xtion, thus the equationprovides a kind of linear Bicklund transformation of the NIDTL equation.
