The temperature dependence of the dielectric dispersion of KOH-doped ice wasmeasured at the temperature range from 55 K to 90 K at frequencies 0.002 Hz'-'1 Hz. The phase transition at 72 K was clearly observed only at the heating stagefrom the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant and the relaxationtime. The observed low temperature phase should be a non-equilibrium state onthe way of protonic ordering in the ice crystal.
