We construct a quantum statistical theory for nonequilibrium hydrodynamicsystems which is based on the collective description of a bose fluid. It is proposedthat the fluctuations around the Onsager variables can be treated in terms of thecollective coordinates which are the auxiliary variables grounded upon theexistence of the adiabatic motions of the fluid. The nonlinear hydrodynamicequations are derived from a new stand point of view. A special attention hasbeen put on the treatment of the reaction of heat bath to the hydrodynamicmotions.
