Nuclear magnetic resonance has been investigated on the Laves phase com-pound (Zr. .Nb,)Fe. at liquid helium temperature. In the C-15 type ferromag-netic region where Fe moments are almost constant ([.6 p./Fe for x<0.3), thechange in zero-field spin-echo spectra of "Fe, "Nb and "Zr can be attributed to achange in the coupling constant between the internal field and the neighboring Femoment. For the C-14 type antiferromagnetic compounds (0.4<,v<0.7), broadspin-echo spectra of "Nb were observed, suggesting a wide distribution of themagnitude of Fe moments. For more Nb-rich compounds (0.85<.X'<0.95), thespectra in external field show a small negative internal field ( - 3 k0e), sug-gosling that these compounds are weakly ferromagnetic. At ,v=0.8 the spectrumsuggests a coexistence of ferromagnetism and antiferromagnetism.
