Transition matrices and differential cross sections for electron-electron brems-strahlung in relativistic energy region are calculated by the lowest-order per-turbation theory of quantum electrodynamics. The bremsstrahlung spectra andemission rates are evaluated for relativistic Maxwellian plasma. The results arediscussed in comparison with those obtained by non-re,lativistic and extreme-relativistic approximations and it is noted that the relativistic effect becomesappreciable above the order of 10 keV for the electron temperature.
