Supersonic outward flow auad hydrodynamic pc:rturbations are taken intoaccount in the analysis of the magnetic field generating thermal instability. 111 thesubcritical density region, where the instability is ttnstable, the stabilization bythe supersonic plasma flow is efficieuat only in low<iensity at'?d low temperatureplasma, except for the flow with large Mach number. The supercritical densityregion, where the instability is stable from Tidman and Shanny's theory, becomesunstable due to the magnetic field arising from a perLurbation'of number density.
