An expression for the turbulent collision frequency is derived by summing up themost dominant terms from each order in a perturbation expansion in order to obtainthe nonlinear saturation level of the dissipative trapped ton instability. Numericalcalculation shows that the anomalous diffusion coefficient at the saturated state is ingood agreement with the result of Kadomtsev-Pogutse when the effect of ton Landaudamping is taken into account.
