The effect of the hydrostatic pressure on the sputtered Nail-type InSb wasstudied up to 80 kbar. The cubic anvil type high pressurc: apparatus with theenergy dispersive X-ray diffraction apparatus was used. The Nail-type InSb wasfound to be stable up to 80 kbar. The pressure-density relation was discussed inconnection with the several high pressure crystal fc>rms and evaporated amorphousInSb.
