Dynamical behaviour of the Curie-Weiss model where spins interact equallywith all other spins by the bilinear and biquadratic interactions is investigatedusing a conventional kinetic theory. It is shown that equations of motion for themost probable values of the dipolar and quadrupolar moment are given exactlyby those obtained in a preceding paper in the limit of large number of spins.Fluctuations of the moments around the most probable values in the relaxationare also discussed for the case where only the biquadratic interaction exists in anassumption of the Gaussian form for the probability function of the momentsthroughout the relaxation.
