The spin-dependent Contpton scattering of circularly polarized );-rays isapplied for the first timme to naeasure the monaentum distribution of magneticelectrons in magnetized iron. The experimental techniques are described indetail. The observed profile shows a hollow around zero momentum, indicatingthe negative xnagnetization of a part of the condttctjon electrons. The resultsare discussed in comparison with the theoretical results of Wakoh, Ktubo, andYantashita.
