Estimations are given for frequency spectra of gravitational waves radiated from usual celestial phenomena. These analyses are intended to present the orientation to this problem by describing several typical examples. Next, possible sources for Wever's experiment are searched. It turns out that there are no possible candidates among usual astronomical events to account for that observation. A possibility is suggested based upon mass-exchange in a binary containing a neutron-star.
