Nuclear magnetic resonance of ""'Cu in the anLiferromagnetic Pb.Sr.RECu,0..,(RE=Y, Eu and Gd) was observed in zero externstl field. In the insulating state withantiferromagnetically ordered Cu moments, the other set of NQR signals was ob-served around 30 MHz, indicating that the transferred hyperfine field from Cumoments in the Cu-O pyramids is canceled out at the Cu nuclei in the oxygen-free Cuplane site. The results show that the magnetic Cu moments exist only at the Cu-Opyramidal site with the 3d' state and that the Cu ion at the oxygen-free plane site isnonmagnetic (d") in the insulating Pb.Sr.RECu3Og.,5.[NQR,ll rt>.srlNMR, antiferromagnetic order, spin-lattice relaxation fume T.. RECu, Og . .5?
