The resistivity increase by charged particle irradiation at liquid helium tem-rerature has been measured on ordered and disordered CU3AU allovs. Comrarisonof the resistivity increase rate among these alloys and Cu is made for the samedamase enersv densitv. The number of disorderins rerlacements pCC Frenkel pairin ordered Cu3Au is estimated to be 27. The Snyder-Neufeld integral equation onthe damane function is solved under the condition including the effect of focusnngreplacements. By modification of the result a semiempirical damage function isobtained.
