Magnetism of Fe,Co,and Ni in the CPA and Full Static Approximation

Magnetic properties of Fe, Co and Ni are studied with use of the CPA and fullstatic arr>roximation (FSA) in the two-field functional inteural method. It isverified that the results cuualitativel>' QgICC with those obtained b'z Hasenawawith use of the decourlinx arr>roximation in the CPA ectuation. Calcul:ated Curietemperatures are 950K for<xFe, I860K for Co and 850K for Ni. It is fouutdthat the sr>in suscer>tibilitv of Ni considerablv deviates from the Curie-Weiss lawin the CPA-FSA.
