By studying the chemical evolution of a galaxy, its optical, infra-red, X- and γ-ray luminosities and the integrated background radiation due to these galaxies in their early flashing era are calculated. We conclude that these primeval galaxies are more detectable in X- and γ-ray regions than in the infra-red region. In 1 keV and 100 MeV regions, much part of the background radiation may be attributable to these galaxies. In comparison with observed background radiation at 100 MeV, constraints on the epoch of galaxy formation and mass density of galaxies are derived. And if galaxies were already clustering at this early phase, significant fluctuations of background radiation is expected in 1 keV and 100 MeV regions.
