It is known that the photoneutron cross section integrated up to 25 Mev changes significantly from Ni<58> to Ni<60>. This fact is mainly due to the difference of the isospin structure of giant dipole states of these two nuclei. So these giant dipole states are studied in the TammDancoff approximation including the isospin. The valence neutrons are assumed to be in the 1p_3/2 orbit. For comparison with experiment, the branching ratio of a proton and a neutron emission for every excited state is calculated. The qualitative tendency can be reproduced in our calculation.
