Shrinking Photon and Geometrical Duality in the Reaction γ_VP→π^0P

The scattering amplitudes of the π^0 photoproduction are continued to the π^0 electroproduction by using the phase shift analysis. The imaginary parts of the scattering amplitudes show the Bessel function like behavior and as the photon becomes off-mass shell, the zero points of the scattering amplitudes move to larger |t|. Therefore shrinking photon in the dual geometrical picture is naturally explained. Our results also explain the recent data on π^0 electroproduction from DESY by Brasse et al.
