The small slope of the second peak, b_2=1.8 GeV^<-2>, in the differential cross section for p-p elastic scattering at √<s>=53 GeV is shown to indicate the three-quark structure of proton in the constituent multiple scattering model. Geometrical scaling proposed by Dias de Deus is incorporated in the model and it is shown to give a reasonable energy-dependence of the observables. Another change of slope occurs at higher momentum-transfer squared t<sime>-7 GeV^2, followed by a distribution of smaller slope 0.3〜0.8 GeV^<-2> in the range 10<lne>|t|<lne>20 GeV^2. High energy πN elastic scattering is also studied and a peculiar structure is predicted to appear at large t.
