We study the contribution of the fourth generation quarks to CP violation in the B^0 - B^^-^0 system as well as K^0-K^^-^0 system. We analyze the CP violation by determining phenomenologically the quark mixing matrix in the Wolfenstein form for several cases of the fourth generation matrix elements. It is shown that due to the fourth generation quarks the ratio ε'/ε in the K^--K^^-^0 system can be negative, and the CP violating asymmetry parameters in the B-o-B-o system are drastically affected for some cases of the mixing.
