The relation of the Landau parameter F^s_2 with zero sounds is studied by deriving an explicit expression for the density response function in terms of F^s_0, F^s_1 and F^s_2. It is found that F^s_2 is related to the pair correlation function. Discussion is given on the F^s_2-dependence of zero sound modes and its estimation in liquid ^3He
