Multiplicity Distributions in High-Energy Hadronic Collisions and Furry-Like Cluster Model

The multiplicity distributions in high-energy hadronic collisions are discussed from the viewpoint of a Furry-like cluster model. The generalized Benecke-Kuhn and Perina-MacGill type formulae are investigated in single- and double-chain cluster formalisms, respectively. The KNO scaling holds for these cases if the average multiplicity of a cluster is independent of energy.
