Extensive numerical calculations are performed to reproduce the experimental energy spectra of even Er-isotopes in the framework of particles-plus-soft rotor model. The full mid i^n_<13/2>(υα) J > space is employed in the calculation. A repulsive interaction in the form of J・R is introduced. Using the resultant wave functions, various electromagnetic properties are predicted.
