By using the Wilson operator product expansions and renormalization group equations, the phenomenological analyses of the conventional field theory in neutrino and anti-neutrino reactions are exhibited. Abelian vector gluon theory is adopted as the theory responsible for the strong interactions, and is assumed to have the ultra-violet fixed point. The agreements of the theoretical predictions with the experimental data are fairly good for the parameter α=0.4〜0.6. α is connected with the ultra-violet fixed point g_0 as α=<g_0>^2 / 4π.
