Energy Momentum Sum Rule beyond the Leading Order in QCD

The energy momentum sum rule which is imposed on the Q^2-dependent quark and gluon distribution functions is discussed beyond the leading order from both theoretical and experimental standpoints. This analysis yields the compatibility of the energy momentum sum rule in QCD with the present experiment. The Nachtmann moments of F_2^<νN>(x, Q^2) are compared with data, which gives the very good areement.
