Elementary excitations of the synthesized system of a dilute He^3 solution in liquid He^4 are calculated. The model Hamiltonian is used, which expresses the energies of the fermion and boson systems as the collection of energies of the boson type elementary excitations like phonon, roton, zero sound and pair excitations. The stability of the synthesized system is discussed by finding the non-imaginary value of the energy. The condition for a phase separation is derived. As an application the thermal conductivity of the He^3-He^4 system is computed for very low temperatures, approximating the synthesized excitation as composed of phonon and particle-hole excitations. The conductivity is expressed in terms of the phonon part and the He^3 part, with modifications due to the He^3 concentration.
