The modified Veneziano Model is proposed for πN scattering by adding the confluent hypergeometric function. We do not assume the degeneracy of α_α(s),α_δ(s) and α_γ(s). On our model isopin constraints are imposed both below α_δ(s)=3 and in the Regge asymptotic region. We are concerned with only the parent trajectory. After determination of the free parameters only from low lying resonance poles, the high energy behavior is investigated. Our results are also several times larger than experimental results at high energy. Such difficulties are expected to be remedied by unitarity correction. The Regge residues of our model obey Gell-Mann mechanism except at α_ρ(t)=0 and α_α(u)=-1, but at these points, dips are predicted in πN charge exchange scattering and πN backward scattering. Our model also contains parity doublet, which is an inherent property of the Veneziano Model.
