We first give a general method to calculate the nonlinear response to an external disturbance for which we can use completely thermal techniques. Next we apply it to the nonlinear response of electronic current to a static electric field above the transition point. All the dominant contributions from the pair fluctuations are summed up. An approximation method which is valid near the transition point and which has been applied to several problems of the critical phenomena by the author is explained in slight ditail.
