The inverse power decrease of the form factors at large momentum transfer is argued in terms of the Jost-Lehmann-Dyson representation. The argument is made in contrast with that in I [M. Minami, Prog. Theor. Phys. 42 (1969), 82], where the exponential decrease of the Wu-Yang type was discussed on similar grounds.
