The author describes his key experiences in the revealing of psychotherapy for schizophrenia acquired through the practice of psychotherapy of the Bleuler school represented by Benedetti. Firstly, the healthy part of the ego must be approached, for this ; the therapist must assume an alternative ego depending on the depth of the ailment of the patient's ego and to utilize transitional objects. Schizophrenia is characterized by a strong desire for communication and the contradicting powerful psychodynamics to become shut in the autistic world. Therefore, it is occasionally necessary to enter the archaic primitive world of the patient to resolve this situation.
