We report a case of extension surgery of a short lower limb with Ollier's disease to correction of limb proportion. The patient was an 11-year-old-girl who was diagnosed with multiple enchondromatosis and had been under observation since diagnosis. At 11 years of age was the difference between the left and right legs 17 cm. Plain radiograph findings showed bone tumors in the right femoral bone at its distal end and in the tibia at its proximal and distal ends. The length of the femoral bone was shortened by 8.9 cm and the length of the tibia by 9.6 cm. External fixation surgery for callus extension was performed using Orthoflx. Her lower limb was extended at a length of 1 mm/day. As the femoral bone and the tibia on the right side reached the same size as those on the left side, the therapy ended. The difference in the length of her two lower limbs can hardly be observed, and her legs can bear her whole body weight and there are no restrictions in daily life.
